How we handle your data, in plain language.
Updated on 13 October 2026.
This page explains which data we collect when you use convivo.studio, why we use it and what rights you have. We wrote it in plain language, like the rest of the site. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Italian Privacy Code apply.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Convivo srl, Piazzale Sant’Antonio 8A, 67100 L’Aquila, Italy, VAT no. 02206750669. For any question write to info@convivostudio.it.
Which data, why, for how long
Requests from the site. When you fill in the contact form or leave your email on a page, we collect what you write: email, name, phone, company, message and the options you choose. We use them to reply and to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request. We keep them for 24 months after the last contact, then delete them.
Job applications. If you apply through the Careers page, we process the data you send, including CV and portfolio, only to assess the application. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request. Retention: 12 months, then we delete everything.
Ivy, the site assistant. The questions you write to Ivy are sent to Anthropic, the provider of the AI model, to generate the answer, and are not used to train models. Don’t put personal data in your questions: Ivy doesn’t need it to help you. We don’t keep conversations beyond the session.
Browsing. The servers hosting the site record technical logs (IP address, page requested, date and time, browser) for security and to run the service. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site. Logs are kept for the time set by the hosting provider and in any case no longer than 12 months.
Statistics and marketing. Only if you accept from the banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used and the Meta Pixel to measure campaigns. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Without consent these tools don’t run. Details are in the cookie policy.
Who sees your data
Data is processed by the studio’s team and by suppliers working for us as data processors: Google (hosting on Firebase App Hosting and file storage on Firebase Storage, data centres in Europe), Supabase (database, data centre in Ireland), the email provider through which we receive requests, Anthropic (for Ivy) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics and Meta. We don’t sell data and don’t hand it to third parties for their own purposes.
Some suppliers are based in the United States (Anthropic, Google, Meta). Transfers take place with the safeguards required by the GDPR: adequacy decisions where they exist, and standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a machine-readable format or object to the processing. You can withdraw consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of what was done before. Just write to info@convivostudio.it: we reply within 30 days. If you think something is wrong, you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Other useful things
We make no automated decisions with legal effects on you and no profiling beyond what is described for marketing. The site is not aimed at children under 16. If we change suppliers or processing we update this page and the date at the top.
